Community Christmas Dinner

Each year, The Salvation Army Winnipeg Centre of Hope opens its doors and its heart to host the Annual Community Christmas Dinner—a cherished event that serves approximately 1,600 hot, festive meals to individuals and families in need. For many, this dinner is more than just a meal; it’s a moment of connection, dignity, and hope during what can be a difficult time of year.

But we don’t do this alone. This incredible act of community care is made possible through the generosity of local partners, donors, and dedicated volunteers who come together to serve others with compassion and joy. Whether it’s plating meals, offering a friendly smile, or helping behind the scenes, every act of service makes a lasting difference.

If you're looking for a meaningful way to give back this holiday season, we invite you to be part of something special. Join us in bringing light and warmth to the lives of others by volunteering for this heartwarming tradition.
